I am Bulent. I live in Melbourne and I run small businesses: an agency, a care software company, a couple of others. Every one of them needed the same paperwork on day one and every time I went looking I found the same two options. A template library that charged me monthly and did not know what I did for a living, or a law firm quote that cost more than the job I was trying to protect.

So I built the drawer I wanted. Documents grouped by the kind of business you run. Written for Australian law, including the 2023 unfair contract terms rules that void half the templates floating around. Filled in with your details, downloaded, done.

Next comes the part nobody else does: keeping the signed copies in one place with a reminder before your insurance or lease lapses, and checking the terms you already use for the gaps that cost people money.

Straight answers

Is Legitkit a law firm?: No. Nobody here is a lawyer. We sell templates and general information. If you have a dispute, a lease over a large sum, or anything with a regulator involved, pay a lawyer. We will say so on the page when a document is not enough.
Who wrote the documents?: They are drafted in-house against the Australian Consumer Law, the Privacy Act and the state Security of Payment acts, and versioned. Every document page shows its version and date. A lawyer reviews the core set before the vault and checker open, and the page will say when that has happened.
What happens when the law changes?: The document gets a new version and everyone who bought it in the last 12 months gets an email and the new file. No charge.
Where is my data?: Stored in Sydney. Your answers and your files are never sold and never used to train anything. Read the privacy policy, it is one of ours.
